ABOUT ME

I am originally from Copenhagen, but I have lived in London for many years.

I have a background in project management, teaching and social work.

Equality, diversity, curiosity and a non-judgemental approach are at the heart of my practice. I am experienced in working with a wide variety of people of different ages, religions, sexualities, genders, cultural and class backgrounds.

I'm a registered member of the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP), and I adhere to their ethical guidelines. This means I'm under regular supervision, and I continue to work on my own professional development.
