ABOUT ME
I am originally from Copenhagen but I have lived in London for many years.
I offer one-to-one counselling in both English and Danish.
I have a background in project management, teaching and social work.
Equality, diversity, curiosity and a non-judgemental approach are at the heart of my practice. I am experienced in working with a wide variety of people of different ages, religion, sexualities, genders, cultural and class backgrounds.
I have a Diploma in Integrative Psychosexual Therapy from The Centre for Psychosexual Health in London.
I have a Postgraduate Diploma in Counselling from the Psychosynthesis Trust in London.
Psychosynthesis is a holistic and integrative model drawing from many schools of psychology.
I am a registered member of the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP) and I adhere to their ethical guidelines. This means I am in regular supervision and I continue to work on my own professional development.
