Relationship Counselling
Relationships can be deeply rewarding, yet equally confusing and frustrating. Few of us had good role models for handling conflict or navigating differences, which often leads to repeating the same mistakes while hoping for a different outcome. Relationship counselling can help bring clarity to unhelpful patterns, uncover unmet needs, and translate different ways of expressing love. My role is not to push you to stay together or to move on, but to provide a supportive, neutral space where you can make the best decisions for yourselves and the relationship.
Who I Work With:
While most clients attend counseling with a romantic or intimate partner, you are also welcome to attend with a close friend, roommate, co-parent, ex-partner, adult family member, or business partner. My practice is fully inclusive; I work with straight and queer couples, as well as those in monogamous and non-monogamous relationships.
Relationship counselling can help you navigate:

Recurring conflicts, arguments, and disagreements

-
Jealousy, guilt, shame, or regret
-
